Biography

Judah Gaioni is a seasoned Colorado Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in stormwater engineering and environmental compliance. As the Stormwater Engineer at the One Water Solutions Institute’s Colorado Stormwater Center, he is dedicated to building and maintaining resilient urban watersheds.

Previously, Judah served as the Stormwater Quality Program Manager at the City of Longmont. In this role, he spearheaded the development and implementation of a comprehensive Stormwater Quality Program, ensuring compliance with MS4 and Industrial Stormwater Permit regulations. He demonstrated his commitment to environmental stewardship by safeguarding urban watersheds from non-point source pollutants through the implementation of stormwater control measures, best management practices, and robust internal policies and procedures.
